  2. have you ever seen the 'engraved les paul' off of MIMF's site? it was unreal, alot of the parts looked just like that, might be the same guy too. dunno. if somone has those pics' throw them up cause i would like to save them. t

  8. do you think he can play for anything? everything i heard sounded like crap, all of his 'classical' stuff sounded like he made alot of mistakes and was typical stuff like greensleeves. i think any of those spanish flamenco players makes him look stupid. just me though, those fingernails are scary too. eeh. t
  9. ahhh....by 'price each' they must mean by a SET then. hmmm....strange but makes sense in a way i guess. thx so much man!
  10. but... schaller mini lockers from warmoth = 8$ gotoh 510 from allied luthier = 60$ do people really spend 400$ to but decent tuners on their guitars? is there that big of a difference in quality? thx for the help! t
  11. woah. hold on now. http://www.alliedlutherie.com/tuning_machines.htm for the gotoh 'organic' 510's are 60 bucks EACH it says. and warmoth has schaller mini-lockers for 8$ each. http://warmoth.com/Guitar/Hardware/tuning.htm misprint, or is the high end gotoh stuff really that expensive?
  12. 60$ EACH? i always thought they sold them in 3's for some reason. damn, im gonna have to spend 400+ for 7 nice tuners? arrrggghh.
  13. i saw a on a members site a while back he had a big listing of gotoh or schaller tuners, it was a pdf and it had all of the models they made, but he said he didnt cary them. some of them looked really nice, but it seems that the main companies that carry them just carry the basic few very plain models. where can i buy a range of schaller or gotoh tuners? any idea? thanks for any help! t
  14. beautiful! love the back! looks great with the tint of black to it, fits the grain perfect. question, where did you get a big piece of rosewood like that for the neck and if you dont mind me asking how much was it? ive been dying to find somewhere that i can get a whole neckthru rosewood piece and not have to lam it all up. looks great! t
  15. *WARNING* acetone is VERY, i repeat VERY nasty stuff. you need a respirator with a filter specifically designed for paints and toxic fumes. ive done stuff with acetone while glassing surfboards and have heard horror stories about people years ago who didnt wear mask and they are pretty messed up right now. it doesnt take alot of the stuff to really mess you up, its been proven to cause cancer too. so, watch out, not something to play around with.
  16. yep. savannah, Georgia. area code is 31405 i would guess package is around 25lbs? just a guess derek, should have done a 'search'. hahah jk
  17. selling 3 (THREE), sorry for the odd number, vintage tone/volume knobs off of a 1978 pf100 les paul lawsuit model. price for the three is $30 USD heres the pic and to give a reference, the second pic is to show them on a body: thanks! t
  18. im selling an Ibanez JS100 (Joe Satriani model). in black with original pickups, tuners, and tremelo bar (not shown in pic). it is in excellent condition, barely noticible fine scratches under light near the pickguard, which saying that for a BLACK finish really means barely visible. minimal fret wear, plays great. *INCLUDED* is a very nice TKL hardshell padded case with grey plush interior and stow-away area. (if you need pics just ask) Price: 300$ USD OBO (WITH case) here are some pics, if you want different shots just ask and ill take some for you. thanks! t
  19. still might can find a plugin from the manuf that has it for a PC then, most of the good ones are pc/mac, but since thats mainly a mac site then thats why i was saying find a good one then do some research on it. good luck!
  20. guess it takes someone to call you a smartass for you to post a decent post. good job, idiot.
  21. www.osxaudio.com has tons of free ones, but only if your on a mac, maybe if you found a good one you could go to the maufacuturer and see if they have a PC version.
  22. sooo.... like a delay pedal, but all that was coming through is the delayed effect, then you could set the decay time and the interval it processed at? something like that?
  23. FU$ for the shipping of the stuff i WONT be buying now. you dotn have to be a smartass. its obvious the relative size of a piece of abalone, 1-50 pieces, would be about in the same size box, say 1ftx1ft. it would be nice to say 'oh, on small packages are roughly 15$ shipping' but you have to get all smartass like in the last few post you answered.
  24. .au? how much is shipping to the US?
