Good or bad time to bring up bar frets again?
Not trusting unglued frets?
I've yet to see videos on youtube of people rocking out and all of a sudden the frets dropping off
personally I thought they should have got a lot of stick for basically telling someone not to try and construct their own strat type guitar.
It was the editor who said hat and it was also him that set light to the guitar I think he might be a bit of a tube!
Top magazine though!
That's right... you gotta find the root problem, or you'll just keep blowing fuses.
Look over the PCB for burn marks, goo, melted stuff, broken connections, etc.
I hate troubleshooting amps.
its not that hard...
if it causes trouble shoot it!
I kindof agree with mickguard I think the sample is fine I've heard worse from people recording amps but you can't compensate for a speaker especially if its to sell the quality of the guitars A selection of clean crunch and distortion and no effects and let your beautiful guitar do the talking.
Pods have their place in recording but when it comes down to the sound of the guitar shining through a simple amp (I record guitars through my pignose which is tiny!)
I'm not sure you should put a man named mike infront of the amp though you might be better with a microphone
Its slow blow in both solid and valve they both produce spikes during switch on don't know why maybe capacitors loading or something fancy like that. god i need sleep.
Thanks, but I already bought her a baby Taylor a few years ago. She never touches it. I'll come up with something.
Todd
Perhaps then a "pointy one with bloodsplatters or skull decals" is actually what she wants
I dis the picking it off with a knife on my horrendous snake shaped ebay special it was coming off in sheets! Then I realised I could use my fingernail.
You have the same reaction as me. "damn cut myself, where's the camera?"
where is it getting clogged? and what kind of plane?
there are a number of reasons I can think of you might want to do a bit of research on the net there are hundreds of site/youtube videos/forums on hand tools.
KPcrash I found it...

Obviously it's not the most pretty piece of luthiery (i'd love to see the flatness of the screwed down perspex fret board after he tightens the trussrod!) but I think you could do some fun stuff with the concept!
Not sure if this constitutes a thread hijack....
I'll say one thing for fractions of an inch it's easier physically to divide by base two. I just can't see any situation where that is of benefit.
Soapbar I like that.
"grrr we don't like you very much and to show how much we dislike you we shall keeep your frankly horrendously archaic measuring system thus making it easier for you, with your entire empires worth of resources, to take our money!" I sure that showed us!
