  1. I paid $55 for the good one. I ended up buying an 81/85 set, so I won't be using this one. You can have it for the $55 I bought it for, plus shipping (probably $3.85 if you want Priority and are in the USA). You can just have the other one.
  2. I do have two, but one has really, really short wires. I suck at soldering, but it looks almost impossible to get solder extensions on it.
  3. Anyone interested in a chrome tele bridge? It's real nice!
  4. It's an Audio Technica. Here's all the info: http://www.samedaymusic.com/product--AUTATW601 4-12" cabinet is sold!
  5. I need to get rid of: SWR Redhead Combo Bass Amp 2-15" cabinet 4-12" cabinet Wireless guitar/bass system complete with box and everything.
  6. I have some BC Rich pickups and 2 EMG 81s (one might be junk, though).
  7. I want to completely finish the body, but the binding isn't too flush with the body. Would wood filler or bondo stick to the binding?
  8. I hate binding. How do I get rid of it, and what should I do with the edge that's left?
  9. I couldn't find a slotted 12 string nut on StewMac.com
  10. Crap, crap, crap! The nut won't fit perfect. I have to take some off the sides, but it would put the strings really close to the edges. Is that going to matter? I have a few guitars that need nuts. Maybe I should look into the tools to make my own. What would I need?
  11. Can I use an acoustic nut on an electric guitar? I can only find what I want for an acoustic. Is there a difference?
  12. I just got a guitar from eBay, and it has strings that are close up near the first three frets, but they go higher as they go up the neck. How do I get better action?
  13. I think I got it. My Fender Strat bridge is nickel. My tune-o-matic bridge is nickel, an my generic tele bridge is chrome. It's hard to tell on the TOM and Fender because they are older and not as shiney. The generic tele bridge is new and looks a little blue (hopefully that's not just a reflection from the sky). The TOM and Fender look like each other, or aren't really blue. They match more closely to the nickel bridge at StewMac. Ironically, I own 24 mic stands....all of them are black.
  14. The body I bought is indeed quilted. Thanks. I still can't tell the difference between chrome and nickel. I can't really see any tint.
  15. I want to finish my crappy guitar, but it has binding. Would I sand down the wood, paint, and then clear everything? Would I just clear the wood and leave the binding a long? When I start sanding the wood gettingi ready for paint, would I sand the binding, too?
  16. If I want to paint my pickguard, would I have to sand it first to get the glossy crap off?
