  1. and Avenger...he SAID a good looking model... Wes has a very good point here.
  2. I find that using bore oil on Rosewood reduces the dryness and makes the wood grain stand out more. Nice build. Beautiful.
  3. That's insane........ That looks like it would be damn uncomfortable to play.
  4. I gotta disagree with ihocky2 (respectfully) on this one. The main difference between fenders and squiers are the parts. The body is probably made from the same stock they use for fenders.
  5. I don't think it's really possible to do a Frankenstein without the floyd. In my opinion that is a must.
  6. I'll make sure to take pics. Might be a while though, still working out the finer points of the guitar.
  7. I was planning on using it on mahogany and then using a nitro clear finish over that. Thanks for all the input!!!
  8. Very nice job Daniel!!! P.S. What pickups did you use?
  9. I was wondering whether or not I would need to use a vinyl sealer if I already used a epoxy grain filler?
  10. Thanks, that's good to know. I didn't ever think of recessing it.
  11. What does having a recessed tune-o-matic help with?
  12. I scalloped all my strat's frets a while back. The only dot I had trouble with was the bottom 12th fret dot.
