  1. i live in iowa. i can spend between 150- 250 on the band saw and 150-250 on the drill press. band saw for resawing and cutting out bodies and necks drill press for peg head and pots

  13. im using a standard les paul scale i think thats its 24 11/16" thank you for your help
  14. ok so heres my delima im makeing my first full guitar( iv put together kits) anyways so on a bunch of stp by step sites that iv looked on its says that the holes for the bridge are 24 11/16" scale length on the treble side, and 24 13/16" on the bass side could some one plz tell me where u measure this from?
  15. hey punk whats up i seen that u said u live near davenport i live about 27 miles south of there music -go- round is a good store but i dont believe they have any replacement necks mostly pick guards tunners and pick -up but u should still try and if not there a a couple of great luthierers around here that im sure might be able to help u
