Scott Rosenberger
You've got to call them on a weekday. Emails work as well

lovekraft
If you want something hand-built, you'll have to wait while somebody builds it, whether it's a Versace or an Orange County Chopper. The only complaints I've heard recently have been on this forum from the same young man, but last I heard, they were running a 6 to 8 week backlog, so be prepared. Ask before you order, and if you can't live with the delay, get something mass-produced.
Scott Rosenberger
My L-500 XL arrived last week, exactly 7 weeks after I ordered it. This is MORE than acceptable IMO
Librero
Ask before you order, and if you can't live with the delay, get something mass-produced. ... or get them off eBay and pay more for it. some sellers even have the gall to set the buy it now for about twice the original price.
