But this will be for a metal axe where pretty woods are not the aim this time, so I want red plastic binding material. Somebody HAS to know a place where I could get that stuff.... rhoads56 Posted September 29, 2004 Report Share Posted September 29, 2004 Yup, i can get different coloured bindings, but only thick stuff around 2mm or 3/32" Red, blue, yellow, green, biege, grey, silver, pink, maroon, dark blue, light blue, etc etc. I can also do the sharkfins you asked about elsewhere, a bit thicker than normal (0.060"). Wood Purflings Dyed maple strips, .020" x 3/32" x 31-1/2". Supplied in packages of 6 from Stew-Mac WoW! Not very observant was I? NVM this post.
