the third eye Posted June 5, 2003 Report Posted June 5, 2003 i don't think this would be giving away any trade secrets when you swirl a guitar which method of applying paint do you use? (a)dip body in through paint and back out through paint(doublelayer) (b)dip body in through paint, blow away paint and make hole in surface, pull out avoiding second layer c)dip in without paint(avoiding 1st layer), apply paint, pull out through paint so it only gets 2nd layer Thanks Quote
vh-guitarstore.com Posted June 5, 2003 Report Posted June 5, 2003 (a) wont work, it mixes the paint too much loosing the swirl ( thats the way to do it © paint wont adhere to the body well this way Quote
