Two Designs Of Mine

Recommended Posts

ok, back on topic, this is a cleaned-up version of the retroid, ive decided to do the retroid because i think it might be easier to do a front routed guitar for my first one, some specs, a carvin neck (not pictured), bridge-super 2, neck-evolution, brige is a fender style hardtail, 2 volumes, one tone, and a gain boost circuit, then the one switch is a 3 way and the other 2 are another boost circuit ( IM CA-RRRRRAAAAAAZYYYYYY) then the two on the upper wing are different combos for each pickup (full, split, out of phase), i think it will be made out of ash, ok now lemme know what you think now that you know more and theres a better pic, thanks.

i'd miss the internet and video games and coke in more than 8 oz. increments.

back in the day any more coke than that ine one sitting would mess you up pretty good :D (that is where the name came from after all).

As for the guitar, its looking good, id probly want to change the series/phase/paralell/whateer other wiring config switches you had planed for the fender style sliding switches like they used on the jag. Its simpler and probly cleaner looking to IMO, fits the "retro" vibe aswell. have fun with all that wiring :D

Before you put the caps on the design phase of this (it's looking good) consider putting one or two of your less-used controls back there with your output jack. An uncluttered front is always good and the wiring paths would be shorter. Can you see how much your design has changed over the past few days? It is a good thing! Always rock :D
