Arched Top Carving

i want a body with an overal depth 2 3/8" how thick of a piece of wood should i use for the back and top plates, both will be carved on the inside and outside? also how tall should the side wood be? this is an archtop guitar im trying to plan and build.

How tall do you want the arch to be? How thick do you want you sides to be? Which orifice did you tug the 2 3/8 figure from? I feel like I'm singling you out for special derision, yet every time I log on there is yet anoter 'non-question' from you... aaauuugh; Try thinking for yourself!
