al heeley
Thought I'd share with you the fate of my final piece of mahogany from the old fireplace stash. Now this little beast will not only shred with the rest but it will help chop, cut, peel, shave, even core. My wife's not happy with the choice of s/c pickup but I did promise her a new chopping board for the kitchen since I cut the wood the wrong way before bothering to sand down the surface.

alloyguitar
ha ha, That's almost as cool as the airscreamer (airstream trailer looking guitar), or the one that was shaped like the united states... I love it. -Devon Goodspeed
al heeley
I;m not going to be able to get away with it, our old plastic chopping board has been spotted in the wheelie bin and theres an ominous bare space on the worktop next to the toaster
WezV
tell her she can have a new chopping board when you find an old beech or maple fireplace to steal the wood from. Mahoganies far too porous and grainy, its gonna soak everything up and give you food poisoning and you may die Nothing like a bit of scaremungering
al heeley
she just told me to seal it properly with 'all that special stuff ' I bought.
