SRV_ROCKS Posted December 10, 2006 Report Share Posted December 10, 2006 Hi everyone, I'm looking to make a les paul jr and i want to know if that there is a difference in the body size from a standard les paul. I'm pretty much a noob about building guitars so i thought i'd start small with something without a carved top or binding or anything to make it harder for me. redwhiteandthemaple Posted December 10, 2006 Report Share Posted December 10, 2006 The LesPaul Jr.'s are slightly smaller and yes, it is flat. But they tend to have set-necks which might make it a little trickier than bolt-on necks where you can make the neck and body seperately. Or you could just make the LesPaul Jr. a bolt-on neck, which I believe is what Epiphone does with their LesPaul Jr.'s. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
