If you want to stay local on parts just go up to Guitar Center, Rieman's, or Last Chance Guitars in Des Moines and they'll hook you up IF you know what you need. Edit: Just re-read your post. Stew-Mac should also have all the correct phase switches in stock if you're going to wire it up like a true Jag.
