Are the saddles maybe installed upside down and the hight adjustment screws in wrong, hiding the string guide slots? Otherwise it looks like it was machined wrong?? Good luck!! Don't ask me how many 0.009 E-strings I break on those height adjustment screws when I get all jiggy wit it.... Yeah, those saddles don't and aren't supposed to have grooves for the strings.
