Bass-Man43
Hey everyone, well the topic is pretty self-explanatory. Im looking for a good wood dealer in Vancouver BC. I have currently been using Windsor Plywood as where I get my wood, They sell various hardwoods and they have some nice things on occasion. I am just curious as to what other places there are in Vancouver to get nice wood. Particularly what I am after is some burl, and I am not shopping online, I like to see and feel things first hand. So my fellow Canucks, help me out please Bass-man43
DC Ross
I remember hearing good things about Fraser Valley Fine Woods, but I don't have any direct experience with them. Good luck!
MikeP
I remember hearing good things about Fraser Valley Fine Woods, but I don't have any direct experience with them. Good luck! I've dealt with FVFW many times and have nothing but good things to say. Ed's a stand-up guy. I don't know if he has a store front so you can see before you buy though. 87kevin
I was just here http://www.bowriverwoods.com on friday. They have a huge selection, tons of burls. Though they're pretty pricey. I've also been in contact with http://www.cvtonewood.com/woods.htm but have never been there... Decent prices on figured maple. -Kevin.
