erikbojerik
Peterson now has a $10 version of their great strobe tuner for iPhone and iPod Touch (the latter requires an external mic). http://www.petersontuners.com/index.cfm?category=150 http://www.petersontuners.com/index.cfm?ca...w&itemID=39 It works great! Sounds like a winner except you still have to pay for the iPhone.
NotYou
I use this one: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore...799607&mt=8 It's not too fancy, but it does all I need it too. It's only $4. Edited April 11, 2009 by NotYou
ihocky2
Have you done a side by side comparison with the Peterson Strobe tuner vs. the iPhone version. I'm just curious if it is as accurate.
Workingman
Just a question, how can it be a strobe tuner if it does not have a strobe light? If it is an electronic tuner, what makes it different from any other one?

If it is an electronic tuner, what makes it different from any other one? New peterson strobo tuners do not use Strobes. It is a computer program and an LCD display. The difference is its made by peterson and is accurate enough to set up guitars and not just tune up a guitar to play. For than any old $30 tuner will do. Try looking at their web site.
