Here is a link to some of previous work: http://s1205.photobucket.com/albums/bb425/dolmencustom/ and here is a link to the build I am currently working on: http://s1205.photobucket.com/albums/bb425/dolmencustom/Ibanez%20puzzle%20top/ The puzzle top specs are as follows: Walnut body with puzzle overlay of walnut and maple Maple neck with walnut and maple veneers Maple fretboard with black position dots Black bound fretboard and headstock, body will be bound aswell Set neck Hardware will be as follows: DiMarzio Dactivators in bridge and neck positions Black chrome Schaller licensed Floyd Rose low profile tremolo Black chrome Schaller tuners 5 way pickup selector switch 1 volume and 1 tone I will put more pics up as the job progresses. If you're running windows, you can hover over the pic in photobucket and a drop down list of codes will appear. The IMG code is the bottom one. Just click it and it will say copied. I got a friend with access to a cnc machine to make MDF templates of the jigsaw pieces and I used a router to cut around them. The material I used for the jigsaw is 4mm thick and bent nicely over the arm contour without having to stem bend the pieces. I used a vacuum press to stick it all onto the body.
