vtsib
well, i've made a mistake. i cut my upcoming headstock a little bit shorter tha ti has to be for the regular design(it is 0.8 cm smaller actually). Should i glue a little piece of wood ( 3 cm) or is it worthless? If i glue it, will it be stable enough for the cutting later or it will take off? And how will be the appearence? (it's an angled headstock so i have glued it already one time) I would like the original design and if i can do it i will to. Unless i have to make the design smaller too. thanks
westhemann
glue it...if it is a well fit, clean joint and you use a good glue(i like titebond) it will hold forever
vtsib
i use a Pattex Vinil Express. I don't know if it is strong enough. I glued the angled neck badly and i had to broke. The next step was me jumping on the neck joint and it didn't broke!!! Is it good enough?
