Unless it's pre-radiused to the level you need I can't see many advantages to pre-cut, and it's bound to work out more expensive. I like to get my fretwire from craft supplies, simply becauase it's sold in coiled lengths, so I don't have to radius it. Of all the steps in fretting cutting the lengths is the easiest, and I wouldn't count on saving much labour by getting it pre-cut. You'll most likely still need to trim and dress the fret ends.
