I can recommend the Rustin's plastic coating for electric guitars, since I used it on my last guitar and I'm very happy with the result. It's very glossy, easy to apply, and very tough. croaticum Posted April 18, 2004 Report Share Posted April 18, 2004 I paint my guitar with nytroand i use spraygun so.... If you use cans i think 2 should be enough!! I spray my guitars with spraygun and i aply clear coat untill i'm satisfied with the resolts! And word of advice: If you use spraycans wotch out cos cans tend to spit.
