Digideus Posted June 3, 2004 Report Share Posted June 3, 2004 I have aload of beer cans that ive cut out into flat peices and was wondering how to mount them on a guitar body. anyone have an idea what adhesive I should use? soapbarstrat Posted June 3, 2004 Report Share Posted June 3, 2004 Maybe scan them and make decals ? There is usually a coating of some kind of plastic type stuff on the inside of the beer cans. I think I've mixed epoxy on pieces of beer can and was able to pop the epoxy right off after it was dry. maybe super-glue , but what a mess, especially if you ever want to take them off. smitty Posted June 3, 2004 Report Share Posted June 3, 2004 if you dont ever want them off again, use epoxy. i have a door lock glued to my guitar with epoxy, and its as well on as if it was part of the wood. il show you a pic of it tomorrow when i get a chance.
