jono_470
I know its a fender thing, but id like to try it on my RG. Lots of people love that feature. Ive seen a diagram on another forum (Seymour Duncan forum) on how it can be done; its here: http://www.greatelk.com/betasite/navbar2/i...mages/frets.gif Do you think i could pull this off with a bit of sandpaper and just simply mask off the frets? <edit> I got bored, and thought "ah what the hell, you cant go wrong" and grabbed a file and sandpaper. Done 12 frets on one side of the fretboard, i think its great!
vh-guitarstore.com
i always knock off the sharp edges on the fingerboard and condition it.....it gives it a broken in feel
PaulNeeds
That's the main reason I love playing my tele so much - it just feels better. Done it to my strat (a Squire originally) too. Dislike bound fingerboards for the same reason.
Brian
Kind of like scalloping on a micro scale isn't it
