Morben Guitars Posted July 20, 2004 Report Share Posted July 20, 2004 What is this signal backwash? I don't fully understand it, but it was explained to me by more than one knowledgable guitar tech.. Apperantly when a signal is abruptly cut or grounded, it may have the tendancy to quickly reverse direction. Edit: ok i installed it like the picture above, mine has 2 attachments, not 3. however it works in reverse of what i want it to do. ie, there is no signal at all when the switch is up, and when you press it, there is. will i need a new switch or is there something i can do because you got a normaly open switch. ansil Posted August 28, 2004 Report Share Posted August 28, 2004 you did get a normally closed circuit right??? for the switch. they make momentarys that are in a toggle too. and if you get the wrong kind it will work in the reverse of what you wish it to do.
