Dr. Jabsco Posted July 13, 2004 Report Share Posted July 13, 2004 at a hardwoods store here in NC they have very cheaply priced woods. or i think so at least its 5 bucks for a liniear foot of hard maple and cherry, and 5.35 for walnut and other such woods. they dont have any pictures, but the wood dosnt have to look that good, as it will be for a neck. does this seem right? im new to buying wood like this. Dr. Jabsco Posted July 15, 2004 Author Report Share Posted July 15, 2004 Im using the nchardwoods.com I live like, an hour from there, so its cheap shipping. for the neck wood the total came out to 48.95 !!! i figured it would be cheaper, oh well.. i havnt paid yet, i may think about getin some wood off of ebay for a tad less money.
