    yea i am using a bolt on so just take a piece of wood and put it under the neck and line it up that way?

    after using the search feature i got bits of info regarding my quesion yet nothing solid...so my quesion is i made a les paul body myself then bought a neck off ebay...im using a tom and stop bar..do i need to angle the neck?if yes how i do this?Thanks!

    i know this is an old topic but im very confused with neck angle..what do you mean by it?because im putting a TOM on my les paul and bought a neck on ebay..does neck angle mean angling the neck from the pocket?or like the neck getting thinner at the 1 and second frets?

    What are some good sites for finding a guitar top?im looking for spalted maple in particular...i checked ebay... also is it simply glueing the top when you get it?

    im going to look at the switch diarfram again, do i just need a standard 3 way switch?thats why i wanted to do 2 vol and 1 tone, but dont know how to go about that....no pics yet waiting to get all the parts still edit:ok so i looked for a switch at stew mac and 12 bucks?!?!damn...also what wire is the 'hot wire'?its looking more easier now

    thanks edit:alright i decided against the 2 vol cus of how the pots are put together and am gonna do the diagram silvertone wonderfuly made for me but 1 last question, the two white wires go to the pot at 2 and come out to goto the jack has one...how??? btw maiden-start work on the body i sold you?
