    well the 35mm is the thiceness of all guitars i builted (bodies). Ibanez makes its guitars 35mm, i think, and it would be strange to the eye if i done it in 40 or 50 since it has tribal spikes at the end. I guess i just want to make it look "sharp"

    Yes i think it will. It compliments the horns on a body. Awesine head!!!!

    Try this: 1 First and moast important is to UNPLUG it from a power source 2. Try to find (it should be there) few screws where the head section of your combo is (the section where input jack is) 3. Take off the screws and try to pull out whole headsection out(That will give you access to the jack) I have bass combo and i had similar prob with a input jack and it worked on mine. PS DO NOT FORCE IT OUT If you cant get it that way

    I got my wood today All they had of mahagony wood was this: 2.5 m long 5cm thick 14.5 cm wide Since here is so damn cold here i took it to a mill so the guys there will cut it, slim it to 3.5 cm thickness. I should end up with a board 50x50. sorry no pictures jet I plotted the plans and am waiting for mill to call back IT HAS BEGUN

    Im going tomorrow to pick up a mahagomy for mine. Cant wait, So I guess youll have a first pic tomorrow.I dont know why but i want to do it in 3 piece wood so i dont have to mount my neck on a glue joint. Strange vibe since i started to think about this project. Mailman it would be sweet if you would paint yours like this:

    Well i never seen shape like that one and i didnt want to change original shape too much but at the same time didnt want to make something that every guitar company makes so i did this one. I dont mind to hand out the designe to anyone that would want it. Just PM me and ill send you a vectors.

    It is actually Ibanez destroyer neck cut head so it looks like jackson head!

    Jing Jang thingie i guess! I was thinking of modified DIME head but thousands of people done that allready and i allways liked this shape. It is pointy but estetic + it is not 100% that it will look like it looks at this stage.

    Im starting to work on my new project called the DOMINATOR V project I have worked out vectors, scaled it to full size and done graphic designe in corel It should look like this: That is if i dont screw up something. There will be full pictorial on how i do it. Im thinking of my normal EMG setup (81 and 89) but a bit diferent whiering. Dont know if i would make any graphics on it jet. I picked out a nice piece of mahagony wood for it so it may stay natural, again it depends on if i dont screw it upLOL Let me hear your thots and/or any ideas

    I'd allways go with mahogany but thats just me! And if you want to carve your own body i have one wierd looking V shape in fullsize that i can give to you.

    Now im getting a new idea how to do this, and am interested in what you guys think of it. Im thinking yes, to carve the guitars front in snakeskin patern and then paint it with pelescent 2 tone color. That should give it great effect, and maybe put a really thick coat of clear and even it up so it is smooth to touch. I guess that would give it a 3d look.The only thing im worried about is if too thich coat of clear would be actually clear or if it would crack??! My friend runs a car painting garage and he is exclusive inporter for 3m colors so i have access to all the colors available on todays market so that's not a problem. Ok let me hear what you guys think of this idea, and thank you for all advices over all this years.

    yea but in Fruity loops you can bouth export and import midi files. I usualy export guitar pro 5 drum paterns in midi and then import it to FL and play with it cos FL asks you if you want every chanell separated so you have it separated in FL and just asigne the sound to it. Well i have latest FL studio producer edition so maybe only he can do all thouse thingies, not sure??!
