elllo ello!! Indeed, Eventide Harmonizers are a revolution of their own! If you havent ever played thru one, you are missing out big time! Nothing comes close to touching the harmonzing and delays that an eventide can do.. If you were local around houston, you would be welcome to come over and play thru some of mine.. The deistortion fx were more so on the GTR4000 series which has since been discontinued. Other popular models that have replaced the oder H3000 and DSP 4000 series are the DSP7000, 7500, Orville and the new H8000 series.. And of course the award winning Eclipse.. I would recommend to avoid the DSP series unless you are a preset building superfreak.. i do not care for that particular line. bTW: I also happen to be an Eventide Authorized dealer so if you decide you want one, drop me a line. Indeedy!! When I got my guitar, it was merely mostly raw material. Heres the history/thread on Jemsite Guitar Forum: Custom Guitar Thread The fretboard was raw and wavy and needed to be completely radiused and fretted and cleared of course. I did some light sculpting to the body at the horns and had to route the complete trem cavity and drill the holes etc.. the only thing routed on the body was the electronics and spring cavities and the pick ups. I have never seen another guitar like it. After lengthy research I discovered that this was a one of from a no name called Monroe Luthiers in CA... My project took about 3 years to actually complete.. Love to see pics of yours when finished...

well, i have the instructions as being a Sustainer dealer and have installed several.. But I am not able to scna them.. As for the 250.00 I can get you that sustainer for 200.00

really? Last I knew there was only the FSK-401 available... I know they were introducing a new, less expensive one but hadn't heard it came out yet... You'd figure I would know this as I am a Fernandes dealer.. anyways, I based my response on the price of the pup ultraman stated. The newer cheaper sustainers will not be costing 200-250 but a mere 125-150...

Actually, there are 2 mini toggles. And make certain that the elec cavaty will be able to fit the PCB. Additionally, if the thickness is great between the cav route and the top finish of the guitar, you will need to cleanly counter sink the inside for the 2 mini toggles. I tell you this, those mini toggles will not take any kind of tension.. the will pull out from their housing with very little.

No Brian, I thought it too until i looked closer at it. The logo script actually runs thru the the end of thr head, (where it looks shaved) Its prettyt cool. I picked up that Hamer neck with that trashed body in Mississippi last year, remember the pics i sent of the bad sustaniac cav route? Yeah so i finally got around to doing something with the neck...

Hey everyone!! I thought Id shoot some pics of my super strat I am building. Its nothing fancy. Im not looking to build a 'sweet' looking guitar, just a nice super strat I can rip it up on.. I haven't decided if Im going hard tail or term.. likely hardtail this time around.. Still lookin into what bridge I will get.. It is a usa fender body with a usa Hamer boomerang neck. 2 SC's from somewhere and im throwing in a Duncan TB custom made in the bridge. the P guard is a 57 RI for now until I get a mirror to try out tho I think im going all black.. After I get the trem,, I will need to check for height/action as the guitar was not made for the neck and I may need to take some off. I also plan on taking the neck down after its all set up.. And man, I really want to do that now but I wont know till its assembled.. I guess im just taking my time... Here yas go:

I have a body from a Kramer American available. It actually has all the pups in it too. they are all Duncans. 1 HB and 2 single coils. All the electronics are there but no bridge... and i can always sell you a new or used trem to fit.. The only down side to this body is that there is a crack in the wood between the neck pup route and the heel pocket. Its a clean break and only needs to be glued and clamped and then refinished.. I just never got around to doing it. let me know if you are interested in the body and pups and everything or just the body alone etc.. thanks scott
