  3. well i have nothing to worry about with my designs because even bc rich are afraid of them....
  4. a drop top if im not mistaken is just a slab of wood that is glued to the top of the body as opposed to being carved (excuse the bad analagy im a lityle punkindrublik)

  7. i find rhodes V's easier to play sitting down then a regular V, but then again im not too huge on gibbys, a 24 fret neck thru LP would be nice though...
  8. mick uses 6 stings and tunes it to C B or A i cant remember what, but yeah, slipknots not the greatest band to emulate

I talk with ken sometimes (the guy who built that guitar) and first things first if any of you guys like that shape it is available through the Moser Custom Shop(MCS guitars) go to www.mosercustomshop.com to see what some of the stuff him and the guys there are capable of.
  11. hey scott what about money orders? you in the us?
  12. yes the back of the neck will be finished in tung oil, flamed would be fine, i would like to have a center strip of mahog though if possible.

  18. usually the wal-mart special! mal wart your source for cheap plastic crap!!!
  19. thats what i did, he didnt fancy that very much...
  20. well i have either snapped it because the darn thing was way too thin, or i have had it warp on me because of removing too much wood on it, not having a thick enough fretboard, stuff like this, thats why im just going to have somebody build me one for now and then when im more comfortable with building necks i will make my own, but i have had this body for 2 years now and i want it finished!!!
  21. when i contacted gibson about a custom LP, it was going to cost me $9800+ so i think a double cut would be a bit more then that! that was when i decided to build the anihilator..
  22. i have gone through my 5th neck trying to build one so im beyond mad about this, and im curious if any of you guys would be willing to build me a 27 fret neck with the following specs maple/mahogany/maple bolt-on neck ebony fretboard 27 tapered frets(what i mean by this is that only the G,B, and E strings would have all 27 frets) side dot inlays crossed scythe inlays on the 11-13 frets slotted for locking nut 16" radius jumbo fret wire pointed headstock with 3 per side tuners if any of you guys could do this for me, please PM me here on the site and we will talk about pricing this badboy!
  23. make sure you have about 100 sawblades if your going to cut that stuff!!! tough as hell to cut!!!
