    thanks butnut..after looking at your pics i was sorely tempted...but then i saw a guitar with a tattoo so i'm in 3 places at the moment... should i get blue and black ghost flames or the tattoo on it?

    hey just looking at a (very) old post in which brian posted a pic of a temporary tattoo on a guitar.. am i right in thinking that you just rub it on with a sponge and clearcoat over it?

    the thing about squier (affinity) strats in particular is that they are generally aimed at the younger player(hence the low price and poor quality)..i've had mine for about 4 years and the neck is so tiny its great..i've never felt a better neck..apart from on gwynetth paltrow..but thats a different story

    hey, what would be the difference on the final guitar is i used a black base coat rather than white....would it change? its just that i'm planning on doing black allover for base..then blue front and back (sides masked off)... thanks dan

    could be poor quality components...if you use cheap components then the sound does tend to lose quality. dan
