  12. Although this doesnt break the rules... don't forget... Forum Rule 4: Offering services for hire is strictly forbidden except by Project Guitar Partners, so if you're here just to sell your services contact the webmaster to become a partner of Project Guitar. It is not that expensive and if you're good we won't read about you in the Soap Box section. Thank you all in advance, you lucky lucky people!
  13. not really a tech note but... First seen by me in the Kevan Geier beach-front residence in LI, NY an ironing board is an excellent work bench for re-stringing guitars or any other work. I have modified the ironing board with the hi-tech addition of a towel (a soft one) to further cushion the guitar. A light coloured towel will enable you to locate dropped screws, springs etc. The board is often adjustable to height whether you want to work on your guitar standing up or sitting down. Position the apparatus (the board) in the middle of a room and it is possible to approach your guitar from any direction. The ironing board and towel apparatus is fully reusable and can easy accomodate both 6 and 7 string guitars. Cheers Simon
  14. I think the ironing board was the guitar "workbench du jour" at the Geier household
  15. Nice guitars! They are all excellent and are really nice to play. The seven string looks very nice in person! Cheers Simon
