willliam_q
hi I was browsin the bon jovi website and found a pic of richie sambora playing a guitar with a weird neck. it's silhouetted against the sky and it's taken from the back so I haven't a clue what type of guitar it is. Does anyone know?

westhemann
does anyone know what these guitars are like? I haven't yet tried the speedloader system is it any good? all the bc rich nj series guitars come with the speedloader.i just bought a warlock recently and the speedloader is VERY well thought out.great design.the strings are more expensive but string changes are so easy.plus in about 30 seconds you can remove all the strings, then swap out pickups(if you use emg...they have a plug in wiring harness) ,then in another 30 seconds or so put the strings back on undamaged and not have to retune
Kevan
I saw a nice Redmond series FR guitar (like what Richie plays) on FleaBay. It's BIN price was about $1400. About $1K over-priced in my book. LOL If you absolutely have to change your strings in 30 seconds, then the SpeedLoader is a cool system. Otherwise, regular trems work just fine. Other than quick string changes (and the inability to locate strings in the middle of Austin), it doesn't pose any advantages over the original FR systems. westhemann
and the inability to locate strings in the middle of Austin), guitar center has them available in both scale lengths.i would be happier if dean markely started making them, but the floyd rose strings are quite decent
