( I know 3 is what it is supposed to be), when I checked 3 deg. would have been to much. I wanna say it was a little over 1.5 deg. I wish I could be more help. I will double check the angle before building ofcourse The reason I asked was because I've found a couple of drawings on the net and none of them have a neck angle.
