If it's not off by too much, I suppose you could pull the fret out, put in some wood filler, resaw, and refret. You may want to consider making or buying a Miter Box to make sure it's right. http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Fretting_suppl..._Miter_Box.html

Yeah i know.. :D i make a homemade mitterbox last night...i think the best way to learn it's make somes error.... B)

Cool idea with the miter box! If you really want to fix it, Klye and BigD have it right. It might be a little tough to re-establish that 90 degree angle now that the board is tapered, but considering that its only one slot to cut and the others appear to be straight you can just use them as guides and set up some sort of one-time fence. Shouldnt be a big deal really.
