xbonez182
Hey, I'm new to thw whole guitar maintanence and doing up thing. I decided to get a beat up old guitar to try and experiment on as opposed to risk destroying one of my own guitars. Just wondering if anyone knows of any cheap old guitars going or where I could get em? Olny checked ebay Bobby MSN> xbonez@blueyonder.co.uk

GregP
Mostly the latter two. Pawn shops are notorious for over-pricing stuff. Greg
sepultura999
flea markets can be okay. One guy here in Toronto found a Gibson for 200 bucks canadian, so roughly 150-175 american. NOT BAD AT ALL! lol. On the other hand Cash Converters around here was charging 500 dollars for what looked to be rip off ibanezes with horrible finishes and sloppy fretwork. You never know what you may find. -Jamie
xbonez182
Cool thanks people, not too worried about quality coz chances are I will get it twrong and possibly wreck it anyway. So I don't want to care if I do. Thanks again. By the way, stupid question, but in terms of finishing, whats a primer coat? Bobby
