n8rofwyo Posted May 5, 2005 Report Share Posted May 5, 2005 Just curious why the shellac and varnish finishes that are often seen on acoustics are nearly completely neglected on the electrics. I understand that shellac is a soft finish, though easily repaired. I also understand that varnish isn't the healthiest finish to work with.
