EKG
Tone Zones mostly as of late. In his PGM800 and 300 it is TZ's. In the new 301, it is LISTED as PAF Pros.

krazyderek
what does the otax switch in that diagram do?? i've got it narrowed down to dual coil splitting or making both pickups in series or parrallel with each other in the middle for a 6th positon?? lol anyone know? Speedy McFeely
thanks for the diagrams, i wasn't sure if it was TZs or not. in the diagrams, the otax is for coil splitting ala jem. look at the pick up switching part of the PGM30 discription, it shows how it works. dragon
I think he uses the tone zone in the bridge and a paf pro in the neck, check the racer x website and go to the videos, theres one there with paul talking about the pick ups in his guitar. The racerx site is closed at the moment but it will open again soon check it out.
