pandimebag9876 Posted January 29, 2007 Report Share Posted January 29, 2007 hi, i saw this guitar and it has a REALLY kewl design on it i think it was flamed maple, like the sunburst, how do u do it, i thought u stain it and it soaks up more stain in some areas than others and looks sunburst, is that right??? snipes2222 Posted January 29, 2007 Report Share Posted January 29, 2007 Um a picture of the guitar would be helpful to tell you if its flamed or not.Sunbursts are genrally 2 or 3 different stains layred on top of each other,like yellow then amber.Hope this helps.
