jasonBoulevard Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 im looking for a stacked 100k/100k linear concentric pot that i can use to save space on this distortion circuit by joe hart http://www.rabbathrecordings.com/Distortion.html i want to stack the volume and gain on top of each other and mount this circuit board and 9v contraption inside my guitar does this pot exist? With the resistors in parallel with the pot elements the total resistance of each element will drop to 96K - pretty damn close to 100K. venominox Posted March 31, 2007 Report Share Posted March 31, 2007 Here's what you do, buy any stacked pot and pry the case off gently and replace the phenolic wafers and you can mix and match whichever wafers you need, in this case it will be 2 100 ohmers.
