To my ears, his tongue is firmly planted in his cheek. It seems that arrogance is the only legit complaint against Zach, and even that might be contrived? It is a little annoying when he describes as facts, things which clearly aren't evidence based. But most of us delude ourselves about something, and if it makes him happy, building guitars based on his personal theories, that's great. I think his views on guitars are like a religion to him. And we should tolerate other peoples religious beliefs even if they aren't based on facts.
