Prostheta Posted April 11, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 11, 2012 Completely manual. CNC was available, however I didn't have the time to absorb it. Radii are achieved by mounting the workpiece onto a rotary milling vice like this.... ....and aligning the centre of the radius over the centre of the vice and offsetting the vice from the endmill's centre by a distance equal to the radius plus the radius of the cutter.
