PRSpoggers Posted December 2, 2020 Report Share Posted December 2, 2020 So it's basically a block of wood, with the middle routed out big enough to hold a beam to support it. There is space of each side, so it's a block with the middle cut out. Then on the places where it isn't cut out, there are ball bearings to guide the saw. On that beam, that's where the fretboard will go. I make lines of all the frets with a fret scale template and feed and cut it through my jig!
