BlackHawk2025
i live in Shelby Ohio (it's around Mansfield) and i need a place to get some cheap decent wood...... some help please?
skibum5545
If you want enough wood for a few bodies, Westpennhardwoods.com is well-priced, and free ship, but you need 10 or more bdft per species.... otherwise, check the 'bay and local lumberyards! Drak
I've been getting most of my figured Maple lately from buzzsaw-international on e-Bay. There are many others, you have to be creative, put some research time in to find the really good deals. Cook Woods and antlersexpress I get a fair amount from also now and then. There is a TON of great guitar wood out there, you just have to jump in and check it out for yourself. You might get burned now and again, but it's just part of your knowledge-base. litchfield
I tend to have tops on the bay. Currently I have a flamed cherry top.
MurphC
I ordered my blank from warmoth but they don't have a great selection unless you buy a precut body.
