Im looking to start doing small scale luthiery as a bit of an extra cash earner (just setups, re-wires etc...) and I need to get a shure fire way of doing scallops well each time. I was talking to Jeremy (LGM guitars) about it and he said he uses pre-radiused sanding blocks and has one for each fret.
I would like to know of a way to make radiused blocks in an accurate way (LGM just beltsands them, which is fair enough, but I want to know if a more accuate way is possible) down to very small radia (about 0.7 cm I expect). See what you guys can come up with!
Thanks in advance
