Hello all, im going to buy this http://www.universaljems.com/cart/ht10/ht10.htm and build it but please can you guys help me: How does this thing sound? would it be just as good as my Epiphone LP Customs? what is the neck like? can you recommend what pick ups i should put in it? i want a classic rock sound (led zep, GnR) I want this type of finish, whats it called? and how much am i looking at paying for the dyes/paint/sealers...? are there any parts i should replace ie, Tuners, bridge, nut...? thank you very much for your time Lee.

Basswood is a comparatively lightweight wood, which makes it very comfortable for extended playing. With a good balance of highs and lows, basswood is right in between alder and mahogany in sound character. according to Ibanez

I am going to buy the saga PRS kit, any opinions on this? who does it play? any thing i should re place? also i want the finish to look like this: how much would the stuff i need to do that finish cost and how hard is it to do?

Hey ! are the saga kits any good, i want to build a telecaster using one of the kits, its either the kit or buy a squier whats my best option. thank you sorry got abit over excited
