  4. Hehe sweet guitar seems like a "Dean '79 V" in braziliaburst!! aldo this one has a flame maple top. here's another one They are beauty's and cheap too (500€ - 700€)

  7. well, I have a Lp that has (BIG) trapezoid inlays or whaterver they are called and i must say they really help ! aldo its trough that when you play standing you mostly use the side dots!!

Hi, I have an epiphone Lp standard and i want to add a gold racing stripe in the middle of my guitar. just like james hetfield one's (but instead of to the side ,to the middle ) what would be the best way to do it?   10. I would put a veneer on it! It will make your guitar look better and its a solution to your problem!

  13. Hi, I'm gonna start with my first project this summer, since its my first project its gonna be a saga kit and I was wondering if I can cut a large fender headstock shape (like the late 60's-70's) outof the sage headstock. And can you tell me something about the quality of the kit? greetz ikke
  14. hi, I was wondering how it would be possible to reproduce an aged finish like the randy rhoads les paul. its a white les paul custom creamed by time. is there a special method??am I able to buy aged parts lik aged binding? here is a pic. greetz ikke
  15. I was wondering how binding on a guitar works? Will I need a special cutter or is it possible to do it with a normal knife? & is it much more difficult on a carved top? I might start a project this summer. greetz ikke
  16. Hi, I was looking at the warmoth bodies and noticed that they don't have a cyclone body! does the mustang body got the same measurements as the cyclone?? and if not is it possible to make amustang with 1 humbucker and a single coil? greetz ikke

Hi I'm kinda new here, I enjoy reading all of your posts here at the forum, but since I'm only 16 and I havn't got the money I can't build a guitar! but I do have some idea's for the future (who knows, one day?) ! A Flying V with flame maple top, white & pearloid binding, a bit like this one but then in V style & trapezoid inlays. or a carved top brazilian rosewood Les paul with 7-ply binding and gold hardware, The last one is a bit inspired by Drak's V (I just love that finish!!) thats 'bout it
