    im wanting to mod my 3rd guit-box with some diamond plate, both the last times i have had somebody do it for me, now i want to make a pickguard for myself anybody know where i can get some and what i should use to cut it?

    i would like to begin to make a LP for the carri-burst comp and i want some really nice quilted maple, anybody know where i can get some?

    sounds like a widow headstock to me, just make sure you have thick enough wood and it will be fine, i would say go with about a 13 mm thick one and see how that go's-draw it out full svale first!

    well i havent read this post besides the originals so what i would do is leave a small 'step' on each wing and use them to clamp it together

    name is matt, i live in a little crap town called red bluff, work at a pizza place(luigi'd-we have the best pizza anywhere! at least i think so) and im an 18 year old guitarist who cant stand 'normal guitars' (unless they have a really nice finish-dreams of iquana burst lp *drools*)

    i started to redisign the top spikes to keep the whole guitar in a kind of 'flow' hopefully i will post pics of it soon!

    you know where i can get a spokeshave cheap? also whats the standard measure ments for a neck pocket?

    yes it is going to be a neck through guitar, and i didnt say it was going to be easy to build but i will do it just you wait and see!

    well this is the next guitar i will be building after my misfits custom what do you guys think? http://www.villagephotos.com/pubbrowse.asp...selected=602681 i really want some input on this, any suggestions for mods on it before i build the mock up etc.

    i just got a 6 piece rasp set for about 15 so now im gonna be able to get to work, but what should i do to acctually bevel it god i just realized how stupid a question that is

    like me with my anihilator, just loked at a pic, made sure i could accomidate the neck and everything else, then went to town on it! btw. check out mosercustomshop.com for some really crazy guitars man, i thought the beast was extreame! you aint seen nothin yet!
