if you want to get scientific.... warmups should consist of mostly 'dynamic stretching' (repititious movements..ie: kicks...etc) warmdowns are better off consisting more of 'static stretching' (holding a stretch position for a period of time.)

weren't these blown out at about $450 already? and isn't the new prestige RG1527 under $700 at the moment?

have you played the 1550 though? there's more difference than you'd think... personally i prefer the 550
