  3. Facebook is a social networking service for high school, college, university, corporate, non-profit, military and geographic communities primarily in English-speaking countries. On September 11, 2006, Facebook announced that it would open its membership up to all Internet users, although no date for the change is currently set. As of December 2005, it had the largest number of registered users among college-focused sites (at over 7.5 million US college student accounts created with an additional 20,000 new accounts being created daily). It is the number one site for photos, ahead of public sites such as Flickr, with 2.3 million photos uploaded daily, and is the seventh most trafficked site in the United States, according to ComScore's MediaMetrix. Facebook is based in Palo Alto, California. The name of the site is based on the paper facebooks that many colleges give to incoming students, faculty, and staff depicting members of the campus community.

  11. I vote for the above headstock, but with a 4x4 or 5x3 tuner arrangement. That way you could shrink the headstock, cos at the moment its a loittle disproportioned imho
  12. if you want to post the photos here, just copy the bit underneath the pic where it says Img, for ( like this "{IMG}http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/...{/IMG}", only with the square brackets) Your guitar looks fantastic!
  13. If I could get a 1 piece body like this for $43, I wouldnt really be bothered that it was just finished in tru-oil. Thats less than most body blanks would cost. I'd be willing to finish it myself at that price EDIT * $46 anyway- each to their own
  14. Big improvement IMHO I NEVER thought I'd have to suggest this for one of your designs Matt- but maybe it should be a little more pointy? The point on the tip looks a little too subtle imho
  15. They look great to me Couldnt fault any of those tele bodies Not even a single minor router slip in sight or anything Isnt BigD a forum member? Is this some kind of personal joke that I dont get?
  16. Its not that its not interesting, its just that it will be a lot more interesting once you start builidng it Cool body shape

  19. Thanks The first one is actually the second one chronologically, and that design is still on there, as i havent sanded it off yet. I will be doing soon though, as the wood it too rough to justify finishing it without a lot more sanding Just used random torn bits of masking tape, arranged then so they looked like they were radiating out from the centre, then burnt away. (whilst occasionally stopping to extinguish any pieces that catch fire ) BTW this was done with a candle and not a heat gun , and the marks are about 30% singed wood and 70% soot. They smudge unless you spray a very thin coat of clear lacquer on there to hold the soot in place. I agree. It shall be done
