  2. OK I bought the 5k linear taper potentiometer I need for my little gem project. But the shaft is too long and there is no hole for a set screw. Am I supposed to drill my own hole for the set screw and cut the shaft to the length needed????
  3. 2 as of now. I may get or build 1 or 2 more. But I don't know yet. If I get more effects I'll just rebuild the pedalboard.
  4. OK I built the bottom half of a pedalboard and I would like to know your opinion on my idea for the empty space and if it would work. My idea is to build the little gem amp into the pedalboard. My reason being that the bank is taking our house and we must be out by january 5 2008 and my room in the apartment that my parents applied for and got is rather on the small side and I'd like to keep clutter to a minimum.
  5. edit oops crazymanandy got it first

  10. METALMATT: Would it be posssible to pay for just the costs to ship the bridge to the US???
  11. GregP what I mean is rear routed like what Dylan did with his guitar: http://projectguitar.ibforums.com/index.ph...;hl=rear+routed And I have a stratocaster trem cavity cover I could mod or could use to make one using the PG tutorial on making covers. I just wanted to make sure what I thought was right was right before I made a big mistake. I have two humbucker rings that I got from thegarehanman but I want to use the humbucker rings when I have 2 pickups to use with them. Another question involving rear routed pickups. How do you mount them?
  12. for the pickup hole should I just trace the inside onf a humbucker ring & drill out or something else
  13. This calculator calculates where you place the bridge as well as where you place the frets.
  14. Thanks. Now would it be OK to use the placment of the TOM style bridges on the stewmac fret calculator for the placement of a Badass style bridge?????
  15. Do I measure from the edge of the nut is facing the tuners&headstock or from the edge of the nut that is facing the frets???? And the stewart macdonald fret calculator doesn't have the bridge placement for their version of the Badass style bridge so should I use the placement for the TOM style bridges????
