  1. They are running .020" at the deepest. Its a sorta Tele but with 24 3/4" scale and a truss rod cover. If I screw it up its no loss, but if I take down the neck that much I am worried I'll go through the dots and make the side markers look goof. I figured to use some thin polyethylene sheet I have to fill the fret slot if I go the CA direction. Thanks for the kind replies.
  2. What do you thing the best fix is to press the 15th thru 21st fret down to the same level or to build up the depressed areas with CA and fine fingerboard sawdust? In other words, are the frets supposed to indent the fingerboard? Not to distract from balooka's question.
  3. Easily possible. These go for about $25-30 U.S. and they might even have a distributer near you. I own several, they sound amazing for a tiny little practice amp. http://zinky.com/Smokey.html
  4. Hang on here a second, A Humbucker isn't two pickups in series, out of phase. One pickup is reverse wound, reversed magnetic polarity, they are wired in series, forward phase. I believe on new Strats that the middle pickup is RWRP.
